Communications consent
AlertRelief sends incident updates and related messages only to people who have explicitly asked to receive them. When you opt in, we record your consent — what you agreed to, and when.
What you're agreeing to
By opting in, you agree to receive updates about the incident or topic you selected by the channels you chose (email and/or SMS). Message frequency varies with how an incident develops. Message and data rates may apply to SMS.
Opting out
You can opt out at any time — reply STOP to any SMS, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or contact privacy@alertrelief.com. Opting out of updates does not affect any separate request you've made.
Connecting you with an attorney
Receiving updates is separate from being connected to an attorney. We only share your information with an independent attorney if you give specific, separate consent to do so. The exact consent language and disclosures vary by state and are being finalized with legal review.
