Communications consent

AlertRelief records the email-contact consent given with a form request, including the wording and time of that consent. Automated incident email and SMS alerts are not currently available.

What you're agreeing to

The exact email consent language appears beside each form. It covers email contact about your request and related incident information. Submitting a form does not enroll you in automated alerts. We do not currently offer SMS opt-in through public forms.

Opting out

You can opt out of email using the unsubscribe link in a message or by contacting steven@sytepoint.com. Opting out does not undo a request you have already submitted.

Connecting you with an attorney

Email contact is separate from being connected to an attorney. We only share your information with an independent attorney if you give specific, separate consent to do so. The exact consent language and disclosures vary by state and are being finalized with legal review.
